Problem

Users at enterprise accounts cited limited screen space as a primary reason they did not adopt Balto.

Approach

  • Confirm the subjective user interviews with in-app tracking in Pendo, then consider possible solutions with Customer Success and key account contacts.

Execution

  • Develop an iframe-friendly web app with design and engineering that allows GUI to run separately from the client-side application and offers an auto-login feature.

  • Market the feature as part of Balto’s Enterprise GTM.

Results

  • Adoption increased at enterprise accounts by 36%. All eligible accounts now implement this feature during onboarding.
