Noah leveraged this short-term opportunity to build a strategic relationship by offering to collaborate on the development of Zoom's forthcoming CcaaS platform and revenue-sharing opportunities.

Execution

Partnered with Zoom technical teams to produce an App Marketplace listing.
Prioritized roadmap changes, quickly wrote and scoped stories, and worked with marketing teams to produce app ecosystem collateral and a post-installation landing page.

Results

Balto achieved the #1 app marketplace listing with Zoom in under 60 days.
A collaboration to embed Balto in Zoom's CcaaS system as a native app is ongoing.
The opportunity with the meal service customer remains open (it stalled with the fiscal year change), with tremendous upsides.
